3D printing
Parts printed to order on a QIDI Max 4. The bed is 390 × 390 × 340 mm, so brackets, enclosures, and replacement parts too big for a desktop printer come out here in one piece. Bring an STL, a broken original to measure, or a sketch on paper, and I'll model it first.

Computer builds & repair
Custom desktops built to a budget, upgrades, and component-level repair. Diagnosis on the bench, then a straight answer on whether it's worth fixing. When it isn't, I usually have a refurbished machine that is.

IT support
Sixteen years of desktop support in universities and small companies: Windows and Linux, printers, home networks, backups, malware cleanup, everything moved over to the new machine. In person around Greater Portland, or remote when that's enough.

Bicycle repair
Tune-ups, flats, brakes, shifting, and full overhauls of the bike that has been in the garage since the move. I ride every day and fix my own; yours gets the same care.

Drone photography
Aerial photographs and video of houses, land, roofs, and events. Also the mapping side: orthomosaics and elevation models built from drone imagery, with GIS deliverables if you need them.

From the desk of Louie.
I'm Louie. I've done IT support for sixteen years, at two universities, a telecom firm, and an alarm company, and finished a computer-science degree and a graduate certificate in GIS along the way. QOYL is the shop for everything that never fit in a job title: the printer, the bike stand, the drone, the bench full of parts.
It is one person. You talk to the one who does the work, and you get a plain record of what was done and what it cost.
